Asssitant Manager Promotion – Anthony Plomitallo!

This week Northeast Consulting Group welcomes a new addition to the Management Team, Anthony Plomitallo!

Anthony grew up in Long Island, New York. He decided to relocate to Connecticut when he got scouted to the University of Bridgeport to play baseball. While he was attending school he graduated with a Business Marketing degree.

Through the fifteen months that Anthony has spent with Northeast Consulting Group he has been involved with the training of over twenty representatives and has made himself most valuable members of our organization. When we asked Anthony what he thinks makes him successful, he replied, “The only way someone can become successful is by understanding that everything in life worth getting is going to be hard, so the best way to get what I want is to never give up on my goals, even when it’s hard.”

This mindset was instilled in him by his mother, who Anthony said has been the biggest influence throughout his life and career. She taught him that life is too short for you to not make the most of it. Through any adversity that Anthony faced throughout his journey he never lost sight of his goals. His biggest motivation has been his family and putting himself in a position to take care of them long term.

Anthony’s advice to someone just starting in the business is to always remember what motivates them and to never quit on their dreams. To someone who is more veteran he advises to see everything through to the end, if you work hard every day the results will come. Long term, Anthony looks to move up through the rankings within the company and eventually end up in a Senior Consulting position. That will give him the means to travel all over the world!
